Special Council Meetings:  
    * A Special City Council Meeting is a meeting that begins at a different time than 7:00 p.m. or on a different day (other than the regular Tuesday meetings.)  
    * //A "Special Meeting Notice" is issued for those meetings.//

Executive sessions:
    * Executive sessions are scheduled as necessary and address confidential matters such as the purchase of land, personnel matters, and advice from legal counsel. 
    * //They are not open to the public and are not televised.//
